At Cura Home Health Inc. we are privileged to provide quality personal In-Home health care in San Diego and solutions for individuals and their families. With over 30 years of experience serving seniors in San Diego County, we are happy to assist and be your resource for your in-home care solutions. Our mission is to provide caring, responsible personnel to assist clients in their homes. Including, but not limited to, assisted living facilities, health care facilities as well as companion care during hospital stays.
Our Care Managers will oversee every aspect of the client’s care, coordinate the special needs of each client as well as interface with other medical professionals needed to enhance the physical and emotional well-being which is always our primary concern.
We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days a year, with a Care Manager on call for any questions or needs you may have.
Services encompass a range of support tailored to fit your in-home service needs. A Personal Care Plan will be developed with the goal of assisting one to remain as independent as possible in an environment that adapts to their personal health pathways.

Owners
NATHAN AND BRENDA ORNELLAS
Nathan grew up in Hawaii, “Ohana” (Family) represents our company’s true values. He brings over 25 years of custodial home care experience in a CFO capacity and oversight of HR and employee relations. Nathan has a degree in the Hospitality Industry from the University of Hawaii Maui College and provides perspective and insight into the needs of individuals and their families.
Brenda, originally from Michigan, moved to Maui, where she met Nathan in high school. She is a Gerontologist with a Masters from USC University of Southern California and has over 30 years of custodial home care experience. Additionally, she has managed all the aspects of the home care organization including Human Resources, Marketing, Oversight, and Values, and brings innovation to our industry. Brenda has served as Vice Chair for the American Board of Home Care’s San Diego Chapter and has been an advocate for the elderly since 1993. Brenda has earned degrees from the University of Hawaii Maui College and Arizona State University including a minor in US History. She brings insight and vision for an innovative future for the home care industry.
Care Manager
ELEANOR SNYDER
Born and raised in Southern California Eleanor has over 25 years of experience in the Home Care Industry She brings a depth of knowledge, passion for those in the aged community and a depth of practical application in helping families with the processes of Long Term Care Policies (LTC). Additionally, Eleanor is a care management and professional liaison. Her hobbies are many but her passion lies in her community service. She has served as President/Director of various PTO’s in Point Loma, a member of Soroptimist International, as well as a volunteer in her church.
